Volunteers Wanted

Can you help? - Victoria Park Athletic Club is run by dedicated volunteers. The club would not exist or provide the service to athletes from the community we serve without the support of our volunteers.

We're constantly recruiting and training coaches to support our athletes on each of our four training evenings. There is no minimum commitment required and you don't need to have a background in athletics in particular or sport in general. We welcome all volunteers and full training will be provided by the club.

If you would like to be involved in coaching at any level, please contact  Gordon Innes (Secretary).

Full Memberships available for competing athletes for £30 per year.  Visit our Joining page for more information.

Caroline Wright Good Luck to all VP athletes heading to Irvine.
LINDSAYS DISTRICT XC - COUNTDOWN IS ON . . . The anticipation is rising for hundreds and hundreds of athletes as we prepare for three Lindsays District XC events at three venues around the North, West and East. And so does the watching and listening of the weather forecasts! Will we be deflected by 'Storm Caroline'? Hopefully not. Up for grabs as well as the District medals are Inter-District vests in various age groups, the chance to influence Scotland selection decisions and XC Grand Prix points for Senior athletes. Thanks, in advance, to those at Moray Road Runners, North Ayrshire AC and Lothian Running Club who are making plans to host the three events. READ ALL ABOUT IT:
